This programme is designed to introduce participants to the strategic nature of purchasing and the purchasing hierarchy. PRINCIPLES OF STOCK CONTROL
This programme is designed to equip participants how to plan and control stock successfully. They will learn basic inventory techniques as well as physical counting and checking procedures. They will also be familiarized with the basic terminology of inventory management, including terms used in retail industry.

The purpose of this programe is to provide the participants with the skills, knowledge and attitudes essential for establishing and maintaining a level of customer service to deal with customers. PRINCIPLES OF STORAGE SKILLS
The overall objective of this training programme is to equip the participants with the basics of stores management and stock handling procedures and techniques.
