BIRD is a member of International Federation of Training & Development Organisations ( IFTDO ) ,which is a diversified network of human resource management and development organisations linking HR professionals in HR societies, corporations, universities, consultancies, government organisations and enterprises. Through its member organisations it represents more than 500,000 professionals in 50 countries
IFTDO was founded in Geneva, Switzerland in 1972 in order to develop and maintain a worldwide network committed to identify, develop and transfer knowledge, skills and technology to enhance personal growth, human performance, productivity and sustainable development.

BIRD is an approved centre for offering City & Guilds International’s Retail qualifications at three levels (Certificate, Diploma & Advanced Diploma) since 2003.
City & Guilds is the largest vocational body in UK, offering learners over 500 qualifications in 28 industry areas – so that the learners can learn skills that equip them to fulfill their career ambitions or enrich their leisure time. They have over 120 years of experience in identifying training needs, developing assessment materials, carrying out assessments and training assessment staff. They award certificates to people who have shown they have mastered skills that are based on world-class standards set by industry. City & Guilds International is the international chapter of City & Guilds which offers range of qualifications (IVQs) specifically developed to meet the subject experience of overseas customers and provides this particular service to its overseas customers around the world who need high-quality assessments and certification.
