This programme will enhance the team working as well as the team building skills of the participants, such that on completion of training they will be able to demonstrate behaviors required for creating and maintaining a productive and harmonious work environment. PRESENTATION SKILLS & MANAGEMENT
This programme will address various aspects of presentation skills and management such as research & preparation, organization structure, different methods of delivery. The participants will prepare and deliver a presentation and will give and receive feedback on it, with professionalism and confidence. They will also learn to deliver presentations with optimal use of time, resources, voice, dress, body language and audiovisual support.

INTRODUCTION TO MARKETING
The overall aim of this course is to introduce participants to skills, knowledge and attitudes that will help them to analyze and assess their current marketing practice. It emphasizes on basic concept, purpose and benefits of marketing and introduces the various aspects of the marketing process.
